What You Can Expect Working in the Executive Administrative Assistant PositionThe Executive Administrative Assistance provides support to the Leadership Team working on a variety of assignments, as well as managing the administrative team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will work with all departments across all LANGE organizations driving productivity and results. This is a highly visible role requiring discretion, operational excellence, leadership capability and sound judgment.
ResponsibilitiesProvides direct strategic administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Manages executive calendars, priorities, and workflow with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
Coordinates logistics for meetings and events, including catering, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and company-sponsored functions.
Leads the administrative team, providing day-to-day supervision and oversight of all administrative processes and personnel.
Manages special projects and office initiatives as requested by leadership members. Oversees company plane scheduling, ensuring appropriate approvals, communication and coordination of travel logistics. Provides administrative backup support at other LANGE office locations as needed.
Upholds a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive organization and personnel information.
Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 3+ years of executive-level experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Valid Drivers License.
Preferred QualificationsExperience coordinating corporate aviation or complex travel logistics.
Supervisor ResponsibilitiesThis job does have supervisory responsibilities including the supervision, coaching and development of up to 5 team members. As a people manager, you will coach and develop employees in alignment with company policies and values, using corrective action where needed. You will be the direct contact for team questions and concerns and will support your team to maximize operational success.
