Job Description
Executive Assistant to the CEO | Full-Time | Wichita, KS Little Stars Therapy Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our Executive Office. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and takes pride in staying several steps ahead. Working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, you will help protect executive time, manage competing priorities, and keep important initiatives moving forward.
What You'll Do:
Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and business communications Coordinate executive meetings, materials, briefings, and follow-up Track deadlines, commitments, action items, and administrative priorities Draft professional executive correspondence and communications Review and maintain executive documents, records, expenses, and approvals Anticipate scheduling conflicts, missing information, and administrative needs Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionWe're Looking For:
Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills Ability to confidently manage competing priorities 3-5 years of administrative or executive-support experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered Experience supporting senior leadership strongly preferredWhat We Offer:
