We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to serve as a trusted strategic partner and key point of leverage for our CEO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and operates with absolute discretion, sound judgment, and executive presence. As the CEO's right hand, you will manage complex priorities, relationships, and communications, ensuring the CEO is positioned to focus on the institution's top strategic objectives. Benefits & Compensation Pay Range $90,000
  • $100,000 per year plus annual bonus

Responsibilities:
Executive Partnership & Prioritization:
Serve as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper; proactively manage an exceptionally complex calendar, anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure thorough briefing prior to all high-stakes engagements.
Board & Governance Support:
Coordinate board, executive leadership, and regulatory meetings. Prepare agendas and briefing materials, track action items, and partner closely with the Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, and Chief of Staff.
Communications & Relationship Management:
Draft and edit executive communications, correspondence, and presentations. Professionally represent the CEO to board members, investors, clients, regulators, and senior leadership.
Operations, Travel & Logistics:
Oversee complex domestic and international travel itineraries, manage expenses, and plan executive off-sites, leadership dinners, and special events.
Special Projects:
Drive cross-functional initiatives and research projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.

Industry Background:
Preferred experience within banking, financial services, investment management, insurance, private equity, or another highly regulated industry.

10+ years of progressive experience as an EA or Executive Business Partner supporting a CEO, President, or C-suite executive.
Education:
Bachelor???s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and extensive executive support experience.
