Full Job Description Job Title:
Executive Assistant to CEO About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both business and select personal matters. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, trustworthy, and thrives in a position of high responsibility and visibility. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and spouse (business and personal) Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Business Operations & Projects Assist in the preparation of presentations, pitch decks, reports, and spreadsheets Support coordination of due diligence processes related to corporate equity, debt financing, tax equity, and related transactions Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items Conduct research and compile information for strategic decision-making Personal Assistance Handle select personal tasks for the CEO and family, particularly during travel Coordinate logistics such as errands, appointments, and special requests Ensure seamless integration of personal and professional scheduling Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role Experience supporting C-level executives strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively with minimal direction Comfortable managing both business and personal responsibilities Preferred Experience Exposure to finance, investment, or transaction-related environments (e.g., private equity, corporate finance, banking) Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics Familiarity with due diligence processes is a plus Key Traits for Success Highly dependable and responsive Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities Professional, polished, and service-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Annual Bonus Health, dental, vision benefits Paid vacation, 401kPay:
