$25-$33 per hour, depending on experience Position Overview A professional organization in Framingham is seeking a reliable and highly organized Temporary Administrative / Executive Assistant to provide immediate day-to-day support to a senior executive. This is an urgent temporary need with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position based on performance and overall fit. The ideal candidate is responsive, discreet, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both executive-level support and routine administrative responsibilities. Legal industry experience is not required. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and meeting coordination Prepare executives for meetings and help manage competing priorities Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics Track follow-ups, deadlines, reminders, and action items Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and other materials Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and supporting materials Organize files, records, and administrative information Coordinate communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external contacts Handle routine administrative requests and miscellaneous projects Help protect and organize executive time by prioritizing scheduling needs and minimizing unnecessary interruptions Provide general administrative and executive support as needed Take ownership of day-to-day tasks that help keep a busy executive organized and productive Qualifications Previous Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar experience Strong calendar management and scheduling skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional, responsive, and dependable communication style Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business technology Ability to work independently and anticipate needs Willingness to handle both executive-level responsibilities and routine administrative tasks Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, service-oriented, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. The successful candidate will be equally willing to manage a busy executive calendar, prepare for important meetings, handle communications, and take care of routine administrative details.
