We are searching for a proactive, adaptable and highly-organized Executive Assistant with strong attention to detail to support the Company's marketing and engagement efforts.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in preparing communications for distribution Assist with keeping marketing collateral current and polished Ensure compliance with internal brand and business standards Help ensure the company is consistently represented in a professional way Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Monitor and track progress of various marketing initiatives through execution Assist with preparing formal proposals for potential clients Coordinate and schedule jobsite and training photography Communicate, schedule and coordinate events with various vendors Track and process monthly invoices Assist with client outreach to obtain approvals for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and press releases Collaborate with HR to prepare for career fairs and school visits Communicate project updates and escalate relevant timing issues Assist to coordinate company events and community service initiatives Assist in managing company store and branded inventory Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed Must Haves Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.) Strong multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Prior experience with event coordination Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
