Executive Assistant
Job Description
The Executive Assistant is critical to ensuring the CEO's time is managed effectively, priorities are coordinated seamlessly, and confidential matters are handled with professionalism. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and exercises sound judgment. This is a part time hybrid position which requires flexibility in work hours to meet the needs of the CEO and the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting executives, preferably a CEO Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communications.
