Job Description:
Looking to launch your career in a fast-paced, professional environment? This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to step into an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders at a dynamic and growing firm. This is a contract position starting immediately and running through November, making it a great fit for someone eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a short period of time while building a strong professional foundation. In this role, you'll be at the center of day-to-day operations-helping keep leadership organized, prepared, and running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take detailed notes when needed Handle professional correspondence and communication on behalf of executives Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks Maintain a high level of discretion with sensitive information
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required (or graduating soon) At least 1 year of office experience, including internships or administrative roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment Professional demeanor and a proactive mindset
