Job Description:
A growing biotechnology company is seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Business Partner to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that combines strategic execution with hands-on operational and executive support. The position will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and key executives, helping drive priorities forward while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive key initiatives, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and executed efficiently across the organization. Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple senior leaders, balancing competing priorities and aligning time to critical business needs. Coordinate and support cross-functional projects from planning through execution, tracking progress, driving follow-ups, and ensuring alignment across scientific, technical, and business teams. Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and fostering strong working relationships across the organization. Prepare and manage executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda development, logistics, and follow-up actions to drive accountability and momentum. Oversee domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting. Support day-to-day executive and office operations, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively in a fast-paced environment. Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating schedules and partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. Help plan and execute team events, offsites, and leadership sessions that support collaboration and company culture. Maintain a high level of discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive business matters. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or senior Executive Assistant role. Experience in biotech, life sciences, or fast-paced startup environments strongly preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently. Bachelor's degree required. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Compensation:
