Executive Business Partner

Job Description

Job Summary Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of company operations and administrative processes. The Executive Business Partner manages complex calendars, prepares reports and presentation materials, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and expense processing. Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal meetings and leadership briefings. Coordinate logistics for department-wide or cross-functional events and meetings. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and internal communications. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents. Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams or external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Perform administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and records management. Recommend and implement improvements to administrative workflows and systems. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence. High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization. Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities with limited guidance. Typical Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field. 4+ years of experience providing administrative support, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership preferred. Familiarity with corporate administrative practices and organizational protocols. Experience working with Board of Directors a plus. The pay range for this position is between $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
