Mostly on-site, with the potential for 1 remote day during some weeks We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and concise meeting overviews. Monitor and manage a central department email inbox, routing inquiries and tracking follow-up. Coordinate meetings and provide administrative and logistical support. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support the day-to-day operations and priorities of the Dean's Office. Apply strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities. Qualifications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong judgment and attention to detail. Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information. Professional, proactive, and highly organized approach to administrative support.
