full-time Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 4+ month contract in Boston. This is a hybrid, 37.5-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 3 days/week. The Project Coordinator will support digital team operations, project management, reporting, communications, events, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about project management careers in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications Support reporting, dashboards, and project tracking Maintain project documentation, presentations, and resources Assist with meetings, workshops, and other initiatives Track team goals, compliance, and key priorities Support adoption of collaboration, productivity, and AI tools Manage files, resources, and project materials Support employee engagement, learning, and team development programs Coordinate events and internal programs Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and team operations Partner across teams to keep projects and initiatives on track Qualifications Degree in communications, management, technology, or related 1+ year of project coordination, operations, or related experience Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of Miro, Mural, or Figma a plus Experience using project management tools like MS Project, Workfront, Jira, or related Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
