Job Summary of Position:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership and play a key role in keeping critical initiatives moving forward. This is more than administrative support—this is an opportunity to be a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping shape priorities, streamline operations, and support high-level decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, managing calendars, priorities, and day-to-day operations Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives Develop, format, and refine executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence Support special projects by tracking timelines, organizing materials, and ensuring deadlines are met Act as a central point of contact, managing communications, prioritizing requests, and maintaining confidentiality Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency Collaborate across departments to support leadership initiatives and organizational goals
Minimal Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred) 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience (healthcare preferred) Experience with scheduling systems and managing complex calendars
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products. Excellent organizational and filing skills; demonstrated problem-solving interpersonal skills. This position has a hiring range of USD $59,820.00 - USD $101,836.00 /Yr.
