In this role, you'll gain insight into Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation while overseeing daily tasks and various in-office duties. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with small projects. Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with the organization and maintenance of files, records, and electronic documents. Assisting with travel arrangements, such as booking flights, transportations, and hotels. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. Conduct research on various topics as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a willingness to learn.Qualifications:
Associates degree or 6+ months relevant experience. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Benefits:
