$31-36 per hour/ $65-75k annually Position Overview A growing organization in Gaithersburg is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams. This is a temp-to-hire or direct hire opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Coordinate office meetings, conference rooms, and team events.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking of important business information.
Support travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and visitors.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple departments or senior-level professionals.
Familiarity with office management procedures and business operations.
Experience with scheduling software, document management systems, or CRM platforms.
