Competitive, based on experience We are working with a well-established organization seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who is highly organized, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced executive environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a complex and constantly changing executive calendar Coordinate extensive domestic travel arrangements Monitor and prioritize incoming communications Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact Coordinate executive and board meetings Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and briefing information Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups Manage multiple priorities while anticipating executive needs Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, attorneys, partners, or other senior leaders Experience supporting legal executives, attorneys, or within a law firm is strongly preferred Exceptional calendar management and scheduling skills Strong travel coordination experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong follow-through Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Advanced proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office
