We are a 40-person CPA firm in the Woodland, MD area, and we are looking for an Executive Assistant who keeps our leadership running at full speed. We want someone who anticipates our needs before they arise and takes quiet pride in making our complex operation look effortless.

What you'll doOwn our Managing Partner's calendar, coordinating partner meetings, client appointments, and internal sessions so all of our stakeholders stay alignedDraft and route our correspondence, reports, and presentations to represent our firm with polish and accuracyScreen and triage our email and phone traffic, surfacing what matters and handling what you canArrange our travel, conference registrations, and expense reporting end-to-endTrack our project deadlines and action items across leadership, following up proactively to keep our deliverables on scheduleOrganize our firm events, training sessions, and client appreciation activities from planning through executionSupport our new-hire onboarding and day-to-day office operations, including vendor relationships and facilities coordinationWhat we need5+ years of executive or senior administrative support experienceBackground in a professional services environment, with accounting, legal, finance, or consulting preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort with Microsoft TeamsDemonstrated ability to handle our confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretionStrong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detailNice to haveDirect experience supporting partners or executives in a CPA firmFamiliarity with accounting practice management or CRM softwareEvent planning or formal project coordination experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree, though we accept relevant experience in lieu of a degreePay & benefitsCompetitive base salary based on your experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPaid time off and paid holidaysProfessional development supportA collaborative, close-knit team culture with real room to growLocation & scheduleWoodland, MD areaOn-site, Full-TimeMonday through Friday, standard business hoursAbout our firmWe are a trusted public accounting firm serving individuals and businesses across our community with tax, audit, advisory, and consulting services.
