Job Description:

We're conducting a confidential search for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a high-growth AI company based in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This is a right-hand role to a fast-moving CEO. You'll own the calendar, control the inbox, manage travel, and act as a force multiplier across the organization. The CEO moves fast - you need to move faster. What you'll own: Full calendar and inbox management for the CEO Domestic and international travel coordination Board meeting and investor prep support Cross-functional communication on behalf of the CEO Confidential projects and ad hoc strategic support What we're looking for: 5+ years supporting a C-suite executive, ideally at a fast-growth tech or startup environment Calm under pressure, discreet with sensitive information Proactive - you anticipate needs before they're asked Exceptional written communication and organizational skills On-site in Bloomfield Hills, MI - this is not a remote role This company is scaling fast and the CEO needs someone who can keep up.
