Job Description You provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior finance leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective executive communication. This role plays a key part in supporting the day to day of key finance executives, global finance coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and priorities across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting Support communication with the Board of Directors, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics Serve as a liaison to the global finance organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence with strong attention to detail Coordinate data collection, reporting, and documentation to support finance initiative Partner cross-functionally with teams outside of finance to support business priorities and projects Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion while managing competing deadlines Experience Requirements 4 year Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or similar role within a finance department Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executives or board-level interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment Preferred Requirements Previous experience supporting the CFO of a large multi-national company Equal Opportunity Employer Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.
