Job Description
My client is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support the owner and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothlyThis person should enjoy organization, communication, follow-through, and helping keep a fast-moving company under control.
Extremely organizedStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable with computers and smartphonesAble to learn Jobber and other company systemsAble to handle confidential information professionallyStrong attention to detailAble to prioritize without constant supervisionComfortable working in a growing construction/home-service company
Responsibilities include:
Support the owner with daily administrative prioritiesOrganize meetings, notes, documents, and follow-up items, help organize schedules and company informationAnswer and route calls/messages, Coordinate customer and employee communicationsMaintain Jobber recordsHelp organize project paperwork and documentationTrack employee attendance and call-offsAssist with onboarding and employee recordsHelp track company property and equipment assignmentsAssist with hiring and applicant communicationMaintain digital filesHelp ensure customers receive timely responsesFollow up on outstanding administrative itemsHelp keep routine issues from unnecessarily reaching the ownerWork with operations, sales, and bookkeepingIdeal candidate:Extremely organizedStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable with computers and smartphonesAble to learn Jobber and other company systemsAble to handle confidential information professionallyStrong attention to detailAble to prioritize without constant supervisionComfortable working in a growing construction/home-service company
