Executive Assistant to the CEO/Director 1 on 1 Comprehensive Healthcare Solution LLC is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO/Director. This position will provide administrative and operational support across our healthcare organization, helping the CEO/Director stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage day-to-day business priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, able to handle confidential information, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO/Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, emails, and deadlines. Draft and organize emails, letters, reports, forms, and other business documents. Track important tasks and follow up with staff to ensure assignments are completed. Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, training, and tracking required employee records. Assist with healthcare billing, claims, invoicing, and basic financial record keeping. Help prepare and organize documents for state surveys, licensing, audits, and compliance requirements. Assist with resident referrals, admissions, case manager communication, and required documentation. Coordinate communication between the CEO/Director, managers, staff, residents, families, counties, and outside professionals. Maintain organized and confidential employee, resident, billing, and company records. Assist with special projects, licensing applications, business development, and company expansion. Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the CEO/Director. Qualifications Previous administrative, executive assistant, office management, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, writing, and follow-up skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email, PDFs, and other office technology. Healthcare, assisted living, billing, HR, or compliance experience is a plus. Must be dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and follow tasks through to completion. We are looking for someone who can become a reliable right-hand administrative support person to the CEO/Director and help keep the organization organized, responsive, and on schedule.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
