Overview Are you a highly organized professional who thrives on keeping executives focused, projects moving, and teams connected? We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our President and Chief Financial Officer at our corporate office in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this highly visible and trusted role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, helping leaders stay focused on organizational priorities while ensuring the day-to-day details are managed seamlessly. Your work will directly support the success of our employee-owned organization and the teams we serve. What You'll Do As our Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting executive leadership and advancing Coborn's mission by: Be a trusted partner to executive leadership. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and ensure every detail is planned and executed flawlessly so leaders can focus on strategic priorities.
Drive organization and operational excellence. Anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and keep projects, deadlines, and action items moving forward in a dynamic environment.
Create executive-level communications. Prepare polished presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials that support informed decision-making and organizational goals.
Coordinate impactful meetings and events. Plan executive meetings, leadership sessions, company events, and business functions from start to finish, including agendas, meeting materials, notes, and follow-up action items.
Build strong relationships across the organization. Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, employee-owners, customers, vendors, and business partners while fostering clear communication, collaboration, and connection.
Support strategic initiatives. Conduct research, organize information, track projects, and provide administrative and operational support that helps leaders achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Protect confidential information. Handle sensitive business and personnel information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Embrace an ownership mindset. Take initiative, identify opportunities to improve processes, and contribute ideas that support executive leadership and strengthen our employee-owned culture.
