Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

  • Work collaboratively with Health Care Team
  • Coordinate/Communicate between Care Coordinators and Members
  • Comfortable working with a virtual Team
  • Familiar with Zoom, Skype, Facetime
  • Comfortable with changes on short notice
  • Complete all necessary training
  • Processing program reports (Weekly, Monthly, Semi Annual, and Annual)
  • Complete member calls update data base.
  • Manage calls and messages for Rep-payee program.
  • Maintain professional customer service in person, on the telephone and in emails
  • Complete general office duties for program (i.e. data entry, phone calls, typing, filing, mailing, faxing, e-mailing, purging, photocopying, etc.) as directed
  • Oversee and maintain filing system for program
  • Complete all steps to open a new member/consumer
  • Enter information in Health Care database system as needed.
  • Receive hospitalization list and follow up as appropriate.
  • Set up Webinars and other meetings
  • Upload data to the Health Plan Portals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Experience with basic office and computer skills (Excel, Microsoft word)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring multi-tasking and working with a diverse population.
  • Preferred passion for working with people with disabilities
  • Take initiative & work independently
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
