Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will: Manage the CEO and President's schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel Coordinate details for leadership and board meetings, including location contracts and catering Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners Work with the Chairman of the Board and executive committee on the Board of Directors presentations Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Be hands on with the company doing miscellaneous tasks such as placing orders, working with upset customers, scheduling deliveries, etc. To succeed as an Executive Assistant, one must demonstrate: Proficiency in Microsoft programs NetSuite experience is a plus Attention to detail for documentation High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to manage executive schedule Ability to take direction and work in an open office environment
