Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator Location:
Sweet Springs, Missouri.
Position:
Full-Time, On-Site Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 base salary, with advancement and compensation growth based on performance
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a driven, highly organized, results-oriented individual who wants to build a career, increase their responsibility, and be rewarded for strong performance. This is not a position for someone looking to simply complete assigned tasks and go home. You will work directly with company leadership across multiple businesses and be expected to take ownership of projects, solve problems, meet deadlines, and make sure important matters get finished. You will be given significant responsibility. What You Will Be Responsible For:

Responsibilities include:
Prepare, submit, and track government forms, licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals Maintain regulatory, licensing, filing, and renewal deadlines Participate in or review leadership meetings and turn discussions into clearly defined projects, tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, and follow-ups in ClickUp Coordinate projects from initial assignment through completion Track outstanding items and aggressively follow up until they are resolved Follow up with employees, vendors, contractors, attorneys, government agencies, and other third parties Research unfamiliar requirements, determine what needs to be done, and execute Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, calls, and travel Monitor designated email accounts and handle routine correspondence Application code to remember "bullet life" Open, review, organize, scan, and distribute incoming mail Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence Maintain organized electronic and physical records Gather documentation needed for applications, licenses, projects, and business transactions Assist leadership with special projects and changing business prioritiesYou should expect the position to evolve as you demonstrate what you are capable of handling.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, office administration, operations, or a similar position preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deadlines Ability to research and complete unfamiliar administrative or regulatory processes Strong computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace ClickUp experience preferred but not required Ability to quickly learn new software and business systems Ability to appropriately handle confidential business information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Exceptional candidates who lack some of the preferred experience but can demonstrate a strong record of work ethic, achievement, responsibility, and rapid learning are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Advancement:
Starting Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 , depending on experience and demonstrated capability. We believe increased responsibility and increased compensation should go together. Employees who consistently demonstrate that they can take ownership, solve problems, and produce results will have opportunities to expand their role and compensation. This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who wants to prove what they can do and advance based on performance rather than tenure. Benefits are available. Schedule & Expectations This is a full-time, on-site position in Sweet Springs, Missouri. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours. However, this is a responsibility-driven position rather than a clock-driven one. There will be times when an important deadline, project, or business issue requires staying late or putting in additional effort to get the job finished.
