Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide hands-on support to the Broker/Owner across multiple businesses and professional responsibilities. This is an execution-focused position. The Executive Assistant will take delegated assignments off the Broker/Owner's plate, complete them accurately and on time, and provide updates without requiring constant supervision. Responsibilities Manage the Broker/Owner's calendar, appointments, reminders, and priorities Complete delegated administrative assignments from start to finish Monitor emails, messages, deadlines, and follow-up items Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, forms, and presentations Make calls, send emails, gather information, and follow up on the Broker/Owner's behalf Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and special projects Maintain the Broker/Owner's personal leads, appointments, and follow-up Organize credit-client files and prepare approved documents Assist with property-preservation bids, work orders, and required uploads Provide transaction coordination for the Broker/Owner and company agents when assigned Maintain organized electronic and physical files Work with the Operations Manager to complete assigned business tasks Identify problems, missing information, and approaching deadlines Provide regular updates on completed, pending, and overdue assignments Protect confidential business, financial, client, personnel, and personal information Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to take instructions and complete assignments independently Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online systems Strong written and verbal communication Dependable, proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented Comfortable learning new systems and handling confidential information Previous executive-assistant, administrative, real estate, or professional-office experience is preferred The ideal candidate does not wait to be reminded repeatedly. They take ownership of assigned work, communicate clearly, and help the Broker/Owner move projects forward.
Pay:
From $175.00 per week
