We are seeking a multi-talented, highly proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to support our CEO and help keep our business ecosystem running smoothly. Position Overview We are looking for a true team player—a adaptable "Swiss Army Knife" who thrives in a versatile role and is ready to jump in wherever needed. As the EA/PA to the CEO, you will balance high-level executive support, administrative operations, creative projects, and personal assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, highly organized, and comfortable switching gears at a moment's notice. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, daily schedule, and email communications. Handle light HR duties (onboarding support, maintaining employee records) and assist with payroll processing. Run personal and professional errands (e.g., picking up supplies, deliveries, dry cleaning, meal runs). Maintain general office organization, including light cleaning and resetting common areas/exec suites. Creative, Marketing & Communications Oversee social media accounts across multiple brand handles (content scheduling, basic engagement). Create eye-catching graphic design assets for social posts, internal decks, flyers, and promotional materials. Assist with basic PR outreach, drafting press releases, and managing external communications. Collaborate on cross-industry marketing initiatives for various subsidiary brands. Event Planning & On-Site Prep Coordinate, plan, and execute corporate events, brand activations, meetings, and team gatherings. Assist with physically prepping event spaces, coordinating vendors, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support. General Support Serve as the central point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners. Assist with special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Must have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle for running local errands.
Versatile Skill Set:
Prior experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office management required.
Creative Tools:
Proficiency with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with payroll software, basic HR tools, and project management applications.
Adaptability & Attitude:
A proactive "no task too small, no challenge too big" mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills and discretion with confidential information.
Communication:
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility:
