Executive Assistant Mortenson Construction paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), retirement plan United States, North Carolina, Mccutcheon Field 4177M White Street (Show on map) Sep 08, 2026 SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an Executive Assistant that will be responsible for providing high quality, professional, and timely executive assistance to Operating Group Leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room, equipment, catering, and participant details

Prepare materials, documents, and PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events; capture and distribute meeting minutes

Research, book, and coordinate travel arrangements; handle conference registrations and expense reports

Plan and coordinate events, including annual meetings, team outings, customer events, and holiday mailings

Order and manage technology items and office supplies; maintain printers and reconcile reports

Sort and distribute mail; create shipping labels; manage filing systems; perform contract comparisons

Prepare workspaces and coordinate orientation for new team members; handle apparel orders and invoice processing

Support Director of Operations with staffing and tracking spreadsheets; provide reception desk backup and build relationships across diverse backgrounds

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Minimum four years administrative experience, with at least one year of executive administrative support

Construction-related business experience preferred

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills

Gym Membership Discount Program The base pay range for this role is $38.51

  • $51.97. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL
  • 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR
  • 10%, Washington, D.C.
  • 12.

5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-BF1 Please make note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
