DESCRIPTION
BENEFITS Job Description Responsible for handling details for the efficient functioning of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Academic Officer (CAO) offices. Responsible for typing, editing, generating final correspondence, copying, reports, and other written documents for both offices. Coordinate travel for CFO and CAO. Maintain contractual and institutional accreditation records. Essential Responsibilities Greet visitors to the offices of the CFO and CAO, make appointments, and handle other responsibilities as directed. Prepare written correspondence and documents for the CFO and CAO. Assist in the remediation of documents for accessibility as requested. Maintain confidential and all other files for the office of the CFO and CAO. Assist CFO and CAO with preparing material for presentation at bimonthly College Board of Trustees meetings as needed. Assist with SACSCOC and programmatic accreditation reports, activities, and visits as requested. Assist faculty, department chair and administrators as necessary. Maintain current copies of Advisory Committee listings. Prepare and maintain meeting minutes for various CFO and CAO meetings as requested. Assist the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) with the coordination of the annual awards and recognition process, including student and employee recognition. Revise and keep necessary forms and office supply inventory on hand. Assist the President in their Executive Assistant's absence. Participate in professional development activities provided by NCC. Participate in College events and activities. Maintain regular on-site attendance during normal hours of college operations consistent with expectations and College policies and procedures. Initiate and answer telephone calls and video conference calls. Perform other duties as assigned which contribute to the efficient and effective operation of NCC. Serve on various committees as assigned. Participate in and support ongoing assessment, planning and evaluation to improve student learning.

Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Office Administration or a related field from a regionally accredited institution with 2 years of relevant experience. Experience using Microsoft Office software required.
