Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Confidential Executive Assistant to provide administrative, clerical, data-entry, and executive support The Executive Assistant will serve as a key administrative support resource, helping manage office operations, correspondence, schedules, records, communications, meetings, and other administrative requirements. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work effectively in a military environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays Responsibilities Skill in applying basic principles, concepts, and practices of the occupation to perform administrative tasks in support of the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. x Demonstrate proficiency in Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, etc.) to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as e-mails, letters, reports, and spreadsheets. x Knowledge of administrative information management office practices, techniques, procedures, and military protocol guidelines. x Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive, strategic, and personal information with absolute discretion. x Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to provide information clearly. x Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies. x Track deadlines, deliverables, and other matters requiring timely completion. x Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination. x Prepare, edit, and maintain e-mails, written correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and briefing materials. x Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries. x Attend meetings and conferences and follow-up/consult with leadership as requested. x Handle sensitive personnel documents in accordance with applicable laws and guidance. x Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records. x Maintain professional partnerships with installation and community agencies. Requirements a. Associate's Degree in any field. b. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). c. Have at least one-year experience in clerical or data entry, obtained in an office setting. d. One year experience working in a military environment required. e. Read, understand, speak, and write English fluently to effectively communicate with customers and staff, both in person and via telephone.

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
