is recruiting one full-time Confidential Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a professional federal office environment at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon contract award, candidate approval, successful background/security processing, and authorization to access the work location and Government systems. Position Summary The selected candidate will provide executive-level administrative, clerical, and data-entry support; coordinate calendars and meetings; prepare and maintain correspondence and briefing materials; track deadlines; manage sensitive records; respond professionally to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries; and serve as a reliable point of contact between leadership and external organizations. The role requires discretion, accuracy, organization, professional communication, and demonstrated experience working in a military environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Apply administrative principles, office practices, and military protocol to support senior leadership.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related office tools to create emails, letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing materials.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meeting coordination, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare, edit, scan, upload, organize, and maintain paper and electronic records.
- Answer and route telephone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Attend meetings or conferences and follow up with leadership as requested.
- Handle sensitive, strategic, personnel, and personal information with absolute discretion and in accordance with applicable privacy and records-management requirements.
- Maintain professional working relationships with installation and community organizations.
- Safeguard Government property, identification credentials, keys, information, records, and equipment.
- Follow installation safety, security, emergency, dress, conduct, and information-system requirements. Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in any field.
- At least one year of clerical or data-entry experience obtained in an office setting.
- At least one year of experience working in a military environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in general data entry, administration, telephone etiquette, and office-management methods.
- Professional oral and written communication, customer service, organization, and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to read, understand, speak, and write English fluently.
- United States citizenship.
- Ability to complete required criminal, fingerprint, financial, suitability, and national-security investigation processes and maintain eligibility for required Government credentials and system access.
Microsoft Word:
professional correspondence, editing, formatting, and document maintenance.Microsoft Excel:
accurate data entry, basic spreadsheet maintenance, and organization of information.Microsoft PowerPoint:

- Accurate scanning, uploading, electronic filing, records maintenance, and deadline tracking. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders, commanders, executives, or a legal/administrative office.
- Experience with Government records, controlled information, military correspondence, or installation protocols.
- Experience coordinating multiple calendars, meetings, external agencies, and time-sensitive deliverables.
Background / Clearance
Requirements The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and successfully complete required criminal-history, fingerprint, financial, suitability, and national-security investigation procedures. The role requires eligibility for a Common Access Card, base access, and Air Force network access. An unfavorable result will disqualify or remove the candidate from the position. Appearance and Other Requirements The position requires a professional, conservative, neat appearance and acceptable hygiene. Unless otherwise directed, business casual is required. Denim, T-shirts, hoodies, ball caps, shorts, tennis shoes, and sandals are excluded. Candidates must follow installation rules regarding security, emergency procedures, weapons, mobile devices, cameras, recording, and Government property. - Documentation supporting the associate's/Bachelor's degree.
- Information sufficient to verify at least one year of office-based clerical/data-entry experience and at least one year of military-environment experience.
