About the position:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO's daily necessities by executing a diverse range of responsibilities on a flexible basis in a dynamic environment. You will be supporting the company's executive in a large portion of their duties and your success is dependent on building a strategic partnership and becoming aligned with the CEO. We require a candidate with the motivation to succeed and a passion to excel. The candidate must be capable of dealing with assigned situations in the CEO's absence and be willing to learn to accomplish their work with the highest operational excellence. You will be a key liaison internally across departments and externally with clients and vendors, so it is imperative to make sound decisions with little to no guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years' experience supporting a C-level executive. 2-5 years' experience in a fast-paced corporate office environment Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Maintain a high level of passion and energy to support the pace of the CEO and the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support department-related work including meeting preparations, planning, and scheduling. Coordinate all travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, itineraries etc. Serve as go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications for the CEO. Research and compile materials needed for meetings, calls, projects, etc. as well as brief CEO prior to meeting on these materials. Reconcile and maintain expense records, statements, and invoices. Project a positive, professional image toward clients, vendors and staff in all interactions and situations. This is a full time, in-person position with Benefits including: Health, Retirement, and Vacation. Additional consideration given to exceptional candidates.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
