USD $50,000-$70,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)

To be discussed About the Company We are a growing company based in New Jersey seeking a trustworthy, highly organized, and responsible Executive Assistant to support our CEO (Owner). The ideal candidate will possess outstanding scheduling and coordination skills while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, including executive protocol. Provide administrative and personal support to the CEO as needed. Handle special projects and assignments directed by the CEO. Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flight and hotel reservations. Oversee the management of the company residence. Assist with office administration and daily office operations. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Excellent English communication and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Valid driver's license and ability to drive preferred. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting a CEO, executive, or business owner. Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
