Job Description

Job Overview A busy interior designer is seeking a highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment. Duties Manage a busy calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and suppliers Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and outstanding action items Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and follow-ups Maintain organized client files, project records, and contact databases Schedule installations, deliveries, site visits, and client meetings Help manage personal and business-related administrative tasks Anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure projects continue moving forward Qualifications Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or project coordinator Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, dependable, and discreet Comfortable communicating with high-end clients and vendors Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology; strong technical skills a must.
