Operating in person and with a high degree of autonomy, this role requires a sharp, highly proactive self-starter who operates like a Chief of Staff—taking full ownership of daily operations, high-level interfacing, complex coordination, and mundane tasks without requiring handholding. The ideal candidate demonstrates absolute privacy, discretion, and tact across all personal and professional matters. Chief of Staff & Strategic Operations
  • Function as a proactive, high-level strategic gatekeeper and Chief of Staff, driving the executive's personal and professional priorities forward independently.
  • Interface directly with media, public relations contacts, and social media platforms on behalf of the executive with utmost professionalism and tact.
  • Manage all event planning and execution end-to-end, ranging from professional functions to private engagements.
  • Utilize a corporate card to manage and reconcile operational expenses, vendor payments, and daily needs accurately.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative details and mundane tasks, shielding the executive's time to focus on strategic growth. Life Organization & Personal Management
  • Oversee the overall organization and streamlining of the executive's personal and family schedule.
  • Coordinate all aspects of children's logistics, including scheduling medical appointments, managing school schedules, and arranging extracurricular activities.
  • Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and household administrative logistics with precision (excluding grocery shopping/errands).
  • Facilitate occasional, minimal domestic or international travel arrangements as required. Privacy, Discretion & Compliance
  • Maintain complete confidentiality, privacy, and discretion across all personal, professional, media, and family interactions.
  • Sign and strictly adhere to a rigorous Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of employment.
  • Handle sensitive information, communications, and private affairs with exceptional judgment and tact. Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff to high-level executives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and sharpness; ability to work completely independently with zero hand-holding.
  • Strong ability to manage, forge relationships, and interface confidently with media, publicists, and high-profile contacts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to travel minimally as needed.
  • Absolute integrity, discretion, and agreement to sign a comprehensive NDA.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
