Compensation:

130,000-140,000 + overtime eligibility + bonus Position Overview A prestigious, high-performing global investment firm is seeking a sharp, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support two head functions in this organization. This is a highly administrative role with a strong focus on complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and day-to-day executive support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Responsibilities Manage complex and frequently changing calendars for two senior leaders Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple calendars Reserve conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts Keep executives informed of upcoming meetings, changes, and priorities Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on a timely basis Coordinate limited domestic and international travel arrangements as needed Support day-to-day administrative needs and special projects Communicate with internal stakeholders and senior professionals across the organization Anticipate needs and ensure executives are prepared and fully supported Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through without requiring constant direction Ideal Candidate Sharp, polished, professional, and highly organized Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through Proactive with strong common sense and judgment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Able to prioritize competing demands and remain calm under pressure Responsive and able to work with a sense of urgency Eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility Demonstrates stability and commitment throughout their career Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable receiving feedback and learning quickly Bachelor's degree required Schedule 5 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan Approximately 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, with flexibility as needed Professional corporate environment Competitive compensation, overtime eligibility, bonus, and excellent office benefits
