The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. $21 per hour 20-25 hours per week Part-time Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, tracking meeting notes, preparing expense receipts/reports, and researching clients. You'll manage 1-2 email accounts, project management tools, and digital calendaring apps. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Executive Director/CEO. Responsibilities Extremely knowledgeable with Monday's project management. Knowledgeable of all Google systems (email, docs, sheets) Knowledge of hello sign/Jotforms Ability to sort emails and file them on Google Drive Experience with Zoom, Zoom recordings, and Fathom AI notetaker. Experienced with Calendly to schedule meetings Building presentation decks in canva Creating Canva flyers Adding folks to our contact list Responding to emails on CEO behalf and tracking follow-ups Creating a monthly newsletter In canva File expense reports in Fyle system (assistant account and ceo), organizing receipts if needed. Availability Monday-Saturday (we can agree on a schedule). Will be a contractor in our Gusto payroll system (will not be paid in other platforms, for tax paperwork reasons) Willing to work off East Coast time, to include some early evenings Responsibilities Calendar management for executives Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsSimilar remote jobs
