This is not a traditional administrative position. The ideal candidate is forward-leaning, self-motivated, task-oriented, resourceful, and anticipatory . You should be able to recognize what needs to happen before being asked, determine the best way to accomplish it, and take ownership through completion. You will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, helping manage his time, communications, information, priorities, and day-to-day effectiveness. Duties Manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, follow-ups, confirmations, and travel arrangements, proactively resolving conflicts emerging from said activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO, prioritizing and responding appropriately or drafting replies. Prepare and organize confidential documents, presentations and reports for executive meetings and strategic initiatives. Coordinate and support executive-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and rigorous follow-up on action items. Handle sensitive company and personal information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Proactively identify administrative needs and implement efficient solutions to enhance the CEO's overall productivity and focus. Assist with special projects, research tasks, and personal administrative duties as the CEO requires. Book and coordinate the CEO's travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries. Goals & Expectations Ensure the CEO's time and schedule are meticulously managed and optimized for maximum strategic productivity. Facilitate a seamless and efficient flow of information and communication, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO. Provide highly organized, proactive and anticipatory administrative support that allows the CEO to operate unburdened by operational minutiae. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion in all interactions, documentation and sensitive matters. Contribute significantly to the overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Single Throw's leadership functions.
