Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant that can provide support to Sr. Leaders assisting with administrative duties, scheduling, and general office management responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Support Executive Team with the Following tasks:

Office Management:

Maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and ensuring a tidy, efficient office environment.

Communication:

Handling phone calls, responding to emails, and routing correspondence to the appropriate personnel.

Scheduling:

Coordinating calendars, booking appointments, and organizing meetings or events.

Expense Reporting Documentation:

Drafting, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and other materials. Assisting HR Assistant with administrative tasks when needed
