temporary Our client, an education and training services company, is looking for a Temp to Perm Jr. Executive Assistant! This role starts asap with the potential to go permanent if the right fit.

Hours:

9am - 5pm (with flexibility for OT as needed)

Financial District Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by maintaining awareness of key initiatives, anticipating needs, and managing competing priorities and deliverables. Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, responding to requests for the CEO's time while exercising discretion with sensitive, confidential, and time-critical matters. Serve as a liaison between the Office of the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders, including board members, major donors, and government officials. Represent the CEO in communications with internal and external partners, building strong relationships across the organization and beyond. Screen and manage calls and visit requests, determining which matters to address directly, delegate, or escalate to the CEO. Prepare and organize briefing materials for meetings, reports, presentations, events, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate special projects and events, conduct research, and compile data to support planning and decision-making. Oversee administrative workflows and communications for the Office of the CEO, including monitoring and approving departmental expenses.

Qualifications:
