The firm specializes in long-term, highly concentrated investments in public companies and select private early-stage growth companies. In its private investments, Axon typically acts as lead investor and collaborates closely with management teams to support and accelerate their growth. The firm is jointly led by Co-CIOs and Co-CEOs Kori Estrada and Dinakar Singh, under whose leadership Axon has delivered market-leading returns. Role Description The Fall Analyst - AI will engage in a part-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. Responsibilities will focus extensively on developing internal workflows via AI tools while also supporting investment research with AI-driven insights. The analyst will help build and develop skills, agents, and AI workflows with LLMs and communicate/present findings to the team while contributing to the decision-making process through the fall. The role offers an opportunity to work hands-on in collaboration with experienced professionals in a fast-paced investment environment. Qualifications Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity Adaptability to work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment Foundational experience / skillset with LLMs Strong analytical skills and communication skills, including the ability to present findings effectively Knowledge of financial markets or investment analysis is beneficial but not required Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in such program
