New Mexico Military Institute:

The New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) is a state-supported, co-educational institution offering college preparatory education at the high school and junior college levels. With a student body of up to 1,000 cadets, NMMI provides a comprehensive academic experience complemented by Junior and Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs. The high school curriculum is fully accredited and prepares students for higher education. The junior college program facilitates cadet transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Additionally, NMMI houses the Intermediate Preparatory Academy (IPA) for grades 6-8.

Position:

Under the supervision of the Commandant of Cadets, the Executive Assistant serves as the senior administrative professional and office manager for the Office of the Commandant. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the Commandant's Office while ensuring responsive, efficient, and professional support to the Commandant, Deputy Commandants, Commandant's staff, cadets, parents, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. This is an exempt, 12-month, full-time position. The annual pay rate for this position is between $44,000.00 and $47,000.00. The job description is available upon request.

  • Manages the daily administrative operations of the Office

Qualifications:
