We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. As an Executive Assistant at Center Education Group, you will be the right hand to our executives, providing them with exceptional administrative support and ensuring their day-to-day activities run seamlessly.. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally. Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Maintain and update confidential files and records. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Assist in managing and tracking projects and initiatives. Handle special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by executives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
