A to Z Child Development is looking for a dependable and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who communicates well, stays organized, follows through, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at once. You'll work closely with leadership while also interacting regularly with families, providers, applicants, and staff. What You'll Do Serve as the day-to-day point person for the office, including answering calls, greeting occasional visitors, handling routine matters and making sure important issues reach appropriate team members. Help coordinate onboarding for new providers, including paperwork and follow-up on missing items, and maintain organized trackers to keep applicants and onboarding tasks moving forward. Assist with referrals and case records, including reviewing information for completeness and following up on missing items. Keep track of open tasks and deadlines and make sure important follow-up is completed. Assist the Executive Director with special projects and administrative priorities as needed. Help coordinate occasional meetings, scheduling, mail, and other ad-hoc administrative needs. What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail. Clear and professional communication skills. Reliable follow-through and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Good judgment and comfort knowing when to handle something independently and when to ask for help. Comfortable working with Google Suite, digital documents, and spreadsheets. Professional and discreet when working with confidential or sensitive information. Prior experience in administrative support, office operations, healthcare, education, social services, or a related setting is preferred. Knowledge of Early Intervention is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on our systems and processes. Who Will Do Well in This Role You're someone who likes keeping things organized and making sure tasks get completed correctly and on time. You're comfortable speaking with different types of people, don't mind following up when something is missing, and take pride in being dependable. You're also looking for an opportunity to grow with a company, take on greater responsibility over time, and build a long-term role. You do not need to have years of senior executive-assistant experience. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, good judgment, and the ability to learn our processes and become a reliable part of the team.
