KIDZ) We are an AI-driven K-12 education company building a new learning ecosystem across offline centers, AI-powered education products, robotics programs, and strategic partnerships. We are looking for a highly proactive, execution-focused right hand to the CFO to help drive priorities, move cross-functional projects forward, and ensure fast execution across the company. This is a part-time role (20-30 hrs/week), ideal for candidates with prior assistant or coordination experience who seek flexible work, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance. About the Role This is not a traditional assistant role. You will act as a business execution partner to the CFO, helping turn priorities into action across finance, operations, marketing, partnerships, and special projects. You will be deeply involved in high-impact initiatives including: robotics program development AI marketing initiatives homework tutoring program operations external partnerships (AI / robotics companies, MOUs, BD outreach) What you will do Support high-priority projects across the company, including recruitment, public relations, partnership development, investor and investment banking communications, and special strategic initiatives. Drive cross-functional projects forward by coordinating teams and removing blockers Assist with the execution of key business initiatives related to the student robotics program, homework tutor program, and AI marketing projects by tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders. Support external business development efforts by identifying potential AI and robotics company partners, organizing outreach, preparing meeting materials, following up on discussions, and helping coordinate MOU and partnership documentation. Help ensure strong communication and operational alignment between finance, operations, marketing, academic teams, and senior leadership What makes this role different This is not a support-only role. You are the execution layer between strategy and reality. You will sit close to decision-making and directly influence how key initiatives get delivered. Who we are looking for Experience in executive assistant, operations, project coordination, or similar roles Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel Strong written communication and ability to turn messy inputs into structured outputs High ownership mindset with strong follow-through Comfortable working across different teams and functions Ability to operate in fast-paced, 0→1 environments Preferred Experience in startups, operations, or education companies Interest in AI, robotics, or business development Exposure to partnership / BD / project coordination work Familiarity with data tracking or basic business metrics Compensation - $25.00 per hour (20-30 hrs/week) - Potential conversion to full-time role based on performance -
