Provides administrative / secretarial support and assistance to the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer and reporting areas, including credentialing areas. Responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial duties requiring broad and comprehensive administrative skills and experience. B. Essential Job Qualifications 1.
Education:
High School graduate required. Bachelors' degree preferred. 2.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years' work experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a hospital setting. 3.

Other:
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power point required. Must have the ability to multi-task in a high paced environment with outstanding attention to detail.   • Use positive communication in my tone of voice, body language, and choice of words.
  • Respond to e-mails in a courteous manner, with-in twenty-four hours.

  • Promote and adhere to Nyack Hospital's guidelines regarding a safe and clean work environment for employees, patients, families and visitors.
