As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities can include maintaining a personal and professional schedule, coordinating meetings, dinners, and events, and even running essential and non-essential errands during work hours. You will also be working closely with management, company staff members, and even family members to ensure everything within the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is incredibly organized, and can multitask, often working on multiple projects at once. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and operational support to two busy company owners/executives. Payroll for two company's Recruiting, sorting through applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews Run errands, as needed Manage and coordinate complex calendars across two businesses and personal/family commitments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing competing demands. Work closely with many different people to ensure everyone is on the same page Wearing many different hats and helping with various tasks for multiple company's owned by a husband and wife Paying Bills and remaining organized on what is being paid and what needs to be paid Maintain organized digital and physical files, records, contracts, documents, and confidential information. Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails and correspondence; draft responses and ensure important items receive timely attention. Anticipate needs and proactively identify upcoming deadlines, conflicts, opportunities, and potential issues before they become problems. Be available to handle occasional last-minute, urgent, or after-hours requests when business or personal circumstances require it.
