Executive Assistant Smithtown, NY area | $85,000-$105,000 base salary | Healthcare benefits with vision and dental options | 401(k) with matching A growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Founder. This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to leadership, keep the day running smoothly, and help deliver a welcoming, personal client experience. Wealth management experience and hands-on Salesforce experience are required. What You'll Be Doing Manage the Founder's calendar, inbox, priorities, and follow-ups. Coordinate meetings, travel, reservations, and client events. Answer calls professionally and help clients get the support they need. Keep Salesforce records, activities, and follow-ups accurate and current. Handle office supplies, mailings, event details, and expense tracking. Use technology to simplify tasks and improve organization. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a technology-driven environment. Direct experience working in wealth management. Hands-on Salesforce experience. Experience managing an executive's inbox and calendar, including drafting responses and tracking next steps. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professional communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. Helpful Experience Coordinating client events and executive travel.
