Job Description
Executive Assistant for Reconsider Non-Profit We are a non-profit organization that creates workshops, experiences and media to respond to today's mental and societal health challenges. We are a fast moving small team that works with lots of other groups and people to create a difference in the world. We are excited to find the right person to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The position is in support of the team but working primarily with the two Co-Founders and senior managers of the organization. We are looking for someone who is able to handle a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and is able to meet challenges with problem solving and a good attitude. The position requires a person who is: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think on your feet and multitask, and is highly proficient with Google suite and other platforms. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and can remain centered, creative, positive and productive. We are looking for someone who wants to join, is a strong team player and who can express their thoughts and ideas and is self-directed and able to lead as well as to take direction and feedback in a positive manner.
Core Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the Executive Director and Director of Programming, both founders of the organization.- Communication and Relationship Development
- Tracking and answering emails and maintaining Streak, our CRM database. Communicating with the Board, Partners and Community.
- Project Tracking and Coordination
- Being able to prioritize and track the progress of projects to ensure follow through.
- Time Management and Scheduling
- Keeping track of scheduling for the Executive Director and Director of Programming.
- Expense Tracking and Accounting Support
- Preparing expense reports, paying vendor invoices, preparing invoices for payment from licensors and supporting the bookkeeper/controller as necessary.
- Personal
- You will provide personal support to the Executive Director and Director of Programming to enable them to operate effectively.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
: Candidates with previous experience assisting Directors, CEO's, or Executives encouraged to apply.Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00- $70,000.
