Executive Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional multitasker with strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality while ensuring the executive's day-to-day activities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Arrange and oversee business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects. Run personal and business-related errands as needed. Liaise with vendors, service providers, household staff, and business contacts. Track and manage important deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups. Assist with document preparation, expense reporting, and record keeping. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide general administrative and personal support to maximize the executive's efficiency and productivity. Required Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Transportation Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle in excellent condition. Willingness and ability to use personal transportation for occasional errands, appointments, and executive support tasks. Proof of insurance as required by law. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting C-level executives, business owners, or high-net-worth individuals. Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours or weekend needs. Experience coordinating travel, events, or household management. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
